Dental One Partners Inc. does business as Dental Works. Dental Works was established by a group of dental professionals who were concerned that not enough people were getting the care that they needed due to a lack of time and/or money to pay for services. Erica is responsible for handling insurance verification, appointments, and customer service. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Conflict Management from Kent State College in 2008.
