Phenomenal Professor Graduates To The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who

POCATELLO, ID, June 11, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Ellen Rogo to the ranks of premier professionals due to her extraordinary effort in the Education Industry. As a Professor for Idaho State University for the past 17 years, Ellen has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Idaho State University is a Carnegie-classified doctoral research institution founded in 1901, which offers over 280 educational programs and is operated by the state of Idaho. The school is Idaho's lead institution in health professions and medical education. Its main campus is in Pocatello with outreach programs in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Falls, Boise, and Twin Falls. Their seven colleges offer programs in the natural and physical sciences, humanities, performing and visual arts, education, engineering, business, pharmacy, and technology.
Professor Rogo works in the Department of Dental Hygiene which offers a unique program providing quality educational experiences for undergraduate dental hygiene students. They even offer a unique Web-based curriculum leading to a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene, and it is one of only ten graduate programs in the United States.
The instructional complex includes six modern x-ray areas, a 33-chair dental clinic, two laboratories, and two classrooms for student utilization. A computerized multi-media station, videotape capabilities, programmed self-instructional equipment, and some Internet components are utilized as supplements to enhance instruction and promote student learning.
During her educational career, Professor Rogo earned a PhD from the University of Idaho. She is a member of the Idaho Dental Hygienists' Association, American Dental Education Association and the American Dental Hygienists' Association. In the time away from her busy schedule, Ellen greatly enjoys fly fishing, hiking, swimming and reading.
