Theodore Kirit Honored for Accomplishments in Education
Theodore Kirit achieved the Dean's Award for Research Work
LAS VEGAS, NV, October 4, 2010 /Dental PR News/ -- Theodore Kirit, MD, DDS, Associate Professor of Clinical Sciences for the University of Nevada School of Dental Medicine, Las Vegas, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
With 51 years of professional experience, Dr. Kirit serves as the associate professor of clinical sciences for the University of Nevada School of Dental Medicine, Las Vegas. Specializing in prosthetic dentistry and implantology, he teaches and coordinates with students. He became involved in dentistry after gaining experience as a physician in Romania, and he attributes his success to his desire to continue learning.
Dr. Kirit received an MD from the University of Bucharest, Romania in 1957 and a Doctor of Stomatology from the University of Bucharest, Romania in 1959. He is a member of the Nevada Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the European Prosthodontic Association and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. In 1995, he achieved the Dean's Award for Research Work.
