The "Rockin' Smile Rewards" program is simple. Each patient will be given our new "Our Smiles Rock" t-shirt. As the points accrue, patients will cash them in for various prizes. Once the patient completes their entire card, they are entered into the grand prize drawing for a "Rock Star Limo Party". This grand prize includes your own private H2 Hummer limo for you and up to 9 friends to be picked up at school (with a parental chaperone) and you will ride in style to your pizza party.
