Originally from Russia, Dr. Valger earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute in 1973 followed by an orthodontic post graduate program in Moscow. She later graduated from the New York University Dental School in 1982. She is a member of the American Orthodontic Society, International Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association.
