Ms. Allen has 35 years of professional experience, with the last three of those years spent in her current position at the dental clinic of Sean R. Thompson, DDS. An expert in sales, markeing and patient care, she is in charge of overseeing operations, including sales and marketing, insurance, scheduling, accounting and patient care. Prior to joining Dr. Thompson, Ms. Allen worked for Dr. James Hargas, DMD for 16 years and, before that, honed her skills as a dental assistant and front office receptionist at a dentist's office. She attributes her success to her honesty.
A product of the University of Phoenix, Ms. Allen earned her MBA in 2005 and considers achieving this, full-time job notwithstanding, to be her greatest professional accomplishment to date. Her affiliations include the Order of the Eastern Star, in which she serves as post matron and deputy grand matron. In five years, Ms. Allen hopes to put her degrees to work and become a consultant.
